The Canaj family stands as the pillars of the brand, preserving tradition while shaping its future. What began as a family dream is evolving beyond the coast — expanding toward a flagship restaurant in Tirana and premium hotels and penthouse properties under the Black Marlin name.

Founded on June 26, 2022, Black Marlin stands as a modern symbol of heritage, ambition, and Mediterranean excellence.

With the family boats and decades of experience, he personally secures the finest wild seafood that defines the soul of Black Marlin.
